A community of users

Depending on the category, a ConsumerLab© measures consumer behavior on a weekly, monthly  or quarterly basis.

The questionnaire consists of 2 parts:

  • a continuous part (± 75% of the questionnaire) allowing us to identify relevant trends in consumer behavior
  • a flexible part (± 25%) for further (qualitative) enrichment of the trend data to understand what drives the trends

 

After each measurement we identify which trends require further investigation. Like in the YoungLab© example specific (qualitative) tasks will be incorporated in the next measurement.
